There's enough room for up to 10,400 people, which means your international trade show or rock and roll concert can be hosted here. But the Fairgrounds cater to intimate gatherings as well. Rent one of the smaller buildings and host a private business meeting or birthday party if you wish. All in all, there are 24 distinct spaces to rent. Plan to book the Iowa State Fairgrounds a few months in advance as dates do fill up quickly.
